MAMI: this is where i'm going to put my shelf from IKEA

JACKIE WALKS IN...

JACKIE: mami i--

MAMI: shhh! i'm "magining" (she's speaking very seriously) :P

while mami is saying this she throws her hands dramatically in the air like as if to say STOP. 

MAMI: close the door jackie

JACKIE: why ?   

MAMI: because your room is messy

JACKIE: but our house is pretty right mami? :D

MAMI: si, pero (yes, but) the neighbor looks at us through that little hole.

JACKIE: really? how do you know? :O

MAMI: well... i don't know. i imagine.

mami & papito were building a bed when they realized they lost one of the bags with screws.

MAMI: [walks over to candy, our chubby doggy]: candy! you're being called to la corte (court).

[mami picks our chubby doggy up and deposits her in front of papito] OKAY CANDY. answer to the judge. where are the screws?

our house was invaded with ants.

MAMI: okay jackie we need to attack. kill them and leave them there to make their compadres disappear!

i walked into our bedroom to see mami standing there with a book of mickey mouse and minnie mouse stickers.

JACKIE: mami what are you doing?

MAMI: your drawers need donny duck!

JACKIE: donald duck?

our mom just decorated our furniture with disney stickers.

MAMI & PAPITO [via-email to me, roxy]: dear roxy, remember to drink lots of water! its okay if you have to pee a lot! that's good! okay, that is all, love, mami & papito

MAMI & PAPITO [via e-mail to me, roxy]: dear roxy, eat your veggies! even if they give you diahhrea. that is all, love.

PAPITO [via call]: roxy how much are you sleeping?
ROXY: [thinking he'd be angry that i didn't get much sleep] mmm, well this week was kinda busy, so maybe like six hrs? five...? i mean i usually get moree...
PAPITO: no thats good! don't get a in sleeping. sleep when you go home.
MAMI: cochino [insult; directly translates to stinky one] que le estas diciendo? [what are you telling her?]
